Rang them early on Saturday morning, explaining I have a water leak on my E46 - they told me it was a common problem (header tank) and to bring it down. £120 and a few hours later all done tested - new header tank supplied and fitted with fresh coolant. They were so busy but as I had kids with me they took me as a priority case - my wife was pleased with them too.
