I Took My Vauxhall Into Currie Motors Wimbledon Af

I took my vauxhall into currie motors wimbledon afters trying wilsons in epsom and phenix vauxhall in wimbledon as they both could not fix a intermitant poor running problem it had they both had 2-3 attempts at it!

I went in as a while u wait customer and within 20-30mins the technician called Martin (i think) came out to ask me a few question about the problem he was very polite and after a few minutes of discussion seemed to know what the problem was!

A coffee later he came back out and said he had confirmed the fault on a road test and it needed a "fuel rail pressure sensor" i asked him how this causes the problem and he welcomed me into the workshop and showed me!!!

I was very happy with the diagnosis and agreed to the repairs.

The car was fixed while i waited and has been fine since so no complains from me. I phoned them up a week later to say thankyou and spoke to "Mark" and he was pleased and offered me a discount on my next service which i didn`t hesitate to use.

CURRIE MOTORS NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH i highly recommend them!!!

Left My Car For A Full Service And Mot At Currie M

Left my car for a full service and MOT at Currie motors Wimbledon, booked car in at 8am and left.I received a phone call at around 4pm saying that my car would not be ready until about 12 noon the following day.Having pointed out that i was the first person there to book in my car and informing them that i needed the car the following morning they agrred to do the service and i would have to bring my car back on Saturday morning for the MOT.I reluctently agreed and pick my car up around 5.30pm.I then began to notice that the car started to become very hesitant especially under heavy load, something that had never happened prior to the service. After invesitigating the possible causes i decided to remove the plugs in order to make sure the correct ones had been fitted during the service.Shock,Horror, they were the correct ones but two of them had cracks. On contacting Currie motors to voice my complaint, they were extremely blase about it all and not in the least bit concerned that one of their mechanics????was unable to fit a set of plugs without over torquing them. They did give me a replacemant set which i fitted myself and my car now runs as smoothly as it did prior to the servic.Currie motors-nice people to do business with.I DONT THINK SO.
