It's a long story, but to summarise the facts:Do NOT expect your vehicle back quickly as it takes them weeks or even months for them to "fix" it. The workmanship is extremely poor quality. They charge you much more than they quoted, and will hold your vehicle to ransom.They try to charge you for parts you don't need.Chris Spiteri himself is never available to talk to, presumably because he spends most of his time in court!The guarantee they offer is totally worthless. It will not be honoured.There is no communication within this cowboy company. Nobody seems to know anything.Please, please do yourself a favour and NEVER use this company. I would hate to have to say "I told you so"If The AA send them out to your breakdown you need to INSIST it goes to a garage of your choice.
