The whole process from getting a quotation to booking my car in to have the clutch replaced was painless. The car was collected as per the booking confirmation and delivered back to me as I received the phone call to make the payment as per the quotation. Can't fault the service received.

Desperate to get my clutch replaced I phoned these guys yesterday. The quote was excellent and they could collect at a convenient time and work on it the next day. This they did and they returned it this evening promptly as agreed. Payment was then made over the phone for the exact amount quoted. Polite, prompt and did what they said they would. No hidden extras. Highly recommend. Thank you

Avoid using this company at all costs, they are a poor middle man at best. I have no issue with the garage.

I booked my car in for a new clutch and flywheel, they arranged to collect my car at 9am, they didn't arrive till 11.30. As a result, they didn't have my parts available to complete the work on the agreed day! Even though it had been booked in the previous week! So they kept my car for another day, until the part arrived.

No big deal these things happen, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they then arranged to deliver my car at 7pm that evening after taking payment! It reached 9pm and still no car! Part of me was thinking I had been swindled by some criminals and I should be calling the police. Morning arrives on day 3, still no car, therefore I had to make alternative arrangements to work as I had done the previous day, only to find out my car is sitting in the garage waiting to be delivered, the worst part is that, they haven't fixed one of the problems I asked them to look at... Even though they have had it for 3 full days!!!

The unique selling point of this service is convenience, unfortunately they are miles away from this, stick to dealing directly with the mechanics!

Overall I'm very happy with choice mechanics. The clutch replacement took a bit longer than expected due to the garage having problem with another car but Choice mechanics were very good in keeping me updated. I got my car back the next day and it drives absolutely perfect.

Very fast service. They pick up the car at 8 am and they bring it back with a brand new clutch fitted at 3pm . They leave me half hour to test it and after that they call for the payment.

Because i have some experience as a mechanic from my country i was able to check if everything is fixed back properly. And all is perfect!

Booked over the web and discussed on the phone then my car was picked up on time the previous evening, returned home the next day at lunchtime with all the work done. Excellent job, great service and of course a very good price. Would definitely recommend them. Nothing to dislike.

Extremely happy with the service I received today originally booked in too have my clutch done, realised my MOT had just expired, called Choice to explain, and was not a problem at all they would do the MOT as well, they collected the car as planned by 9.00, the MOT was completed I got the call to say this had been done and some bulbs needed to be replaced, I was given the cost and asked if I would like these replaced, and asked if I would still like the clutch replaced, which I did as Choice quoted me the best price. I had a call again once the work had been completed and my car will be dropped off this evening. great service would definitely recommend.

car was picked up as promised from my house , the work was carried out as promised which took one day and car was returned to my home address on time as promised . I was not home at the time and the car and keys where dropped off safe and sound . The payment was agreed prior to proceeding and paid once the work was completed to my satisfaction . Excellent service and price , highly recommended .
