Awful uneducated staff
Awful place dropped my car off at 8:20 to get a mot got a call at 9:42 saying I needed a few things doing which I agreed to. I then proceed to get a call at 16:06 saying we’ve done extra work to your car and need you to pay more which I was disgusted by and told them no I didn’t agree to this work and didn’t want it doing, the person then said you were going to say yes to the work being done anyway so it’s Just going to be an extra £70 I told him no I don’t want it, to which he sounded annoyed and said we will take them off and your car will be ready tomorrow. I proceed to say I need my car today due to work where he begins shouting at me and becoming very rude so I asked for the manager where he just hangs up. I then was able to get ahold of the manager who says I’ll do you a favour and leave them on and you don’t have to pay anything but how is this a favour when it’s their own mistake. I proceed to pick my car up and he told me that someone just did it without thinking and apologised then a guy walks in who was in their uniform working on cars stinking on cannabis to a point you couldn’t breathe in the room. Will never go back to this place awful and disgusting
Do Not Use This Garage
We had a Peugeot van booked in last Tuesday. It was booked in for the early slot. We were lead to believe it would be done by Tuesday lunchtime. . On Friday afternoon it was still not fixed. I was told the injectors needed replacing as well as the fuel pump. so £1700 on top of £411.00 I asked for the report that was never sent. It transpires that the injectors DID NOT need changing. This morning on a job I was looking for tools that were missing: a nail gun, a circular saw etc. £6/700.00

Do Not Use
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!! First off they are not the original owners. They are new owners since the covid lockdown so the previous good reviews have nothing to do with these guys.
I took my car in for a new clutch and asked how much. They gave me a price. Seemed reasonable. Booked it in. Then they rung me to give me the new price, after they had started work and it was more than double the price from less than £300 to £650. They said the price quoted was just for the parts not the labour. Good job they somehow knew to give me a ring to let me know I had misunderstood the initial price with no prompt from me!! But who goes into a garage wanting just the price of the part??? Garages are parts and labour, end of. So they gave me the parts price to get me in the door. I stipulated that the new price was as high as I could go, that it was the top price and wouldn't go any higher as I simply didn't have the budget. They said £650 was the very top price. I later found that the average price to replace my clutch for my car was about £400 full price all in. Garages like Aston Garage in Nuneaton.
A clutch is roughly a four hour job. But they took a day and a half. 12 hours. To justify the ridiculous price increase. But when I went in to collect it the day and a half later they said I also had to pay VAT which was another £130 on top. I refused this and paid the £650. No breakdown of the work carried out was given either. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!

Great Service, Great Price
Had my car serviced by Central Avenue. Both service and price was excellent compared to what I've got elsewhere. I will use them again, definitely. highly recommended.

My Vehicle Went In For A Wheel Bearing Replacement
My vehicle went in for a wheel bearing replacement which was done fine. However when I got the vehicle back ABS warning light was lit. The car went back in next day for investigation. Mechanic replaced the wheel sensor but problem was still there. He advised me to go to the main dealer to have it rectified. I wonder if the hub got damaged during the servicing or something.
I would never go there ever again.
