Disgraceful behaviour! Recently took my Audi to this outfit with engine management issues. They changed 4 perfectly good OE NGK spark plugs for 4 USED and mis-matched non-OE plugs! Then they diagnosed 'engine misfire detected in 3 cylinders'. So they erased the codes WITHOUT detecting OR fixing the problem. The invoice for this was UNBELIEVABLE £126!!! I have 2 independent witnesses to the above. I am reporting them to Trading Standards, The Office Of Fair Trading, and taking the matter to the small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
