Shame as I've bought 2 cars off them in the past.

We have just brought a used Audi A4 2.0 TDI from Ash Bank Garage and i must say what fantastic service we have had throughout the process, even down to still meeting us at night for a test drive in the terrible winds we have had recently and a powercut!! We chose to view a car here as they had been trading 40+ years and still a family business, this to us speaks volumes that they must be doing something very well. Iain was very informative and kept us updated to where they were at with the service and MOT etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car as they have a very good selection and price ranges to suit all. Keep up the good work and thank you.

My wife and I called on ashbank garage looking to change our renault espace for something a little newer. After a 20 minute tour of the forecourt, we had,nt found anything that really suited us, then just as if by majic, one of the staff appeared , bid us good afternoon and asked if he could help in any way.we told him we wanted something similar to our renault, a 7 seater preferably. The assistant told us about a black vauxhall zafira that had just arrived that same day as a part ex.it was perfect in every way, 1.9 diesel, top of the range, 2006 reg, 37,500 miles and a very reasonable price. From then on it was plain sailing! The 2 guys we dealt with made us so welcome, we felt like we,d known them for years. Within a week, the deal was done and dusted ! The car is superb, and a delight to drive.we cant thank ashbank garage enough for their proffessionalism, care and courtesy shown to us from start to finish.we would reccomend them to everyone looking for a first class quality vehicle,,,, absolutely excellent !!

well i have been treated just as if i had spent a massive amount of money, for some years now i have been having new cars but decided i liked a car i saw on ashbank garage forcourt werrington, after seeing the car i liked a 2003 renault scenic, i asked the sales man the price i was told £2800 it had a full service history loads of recipts all the books you recieve when the car is sold new THE CAR WAS ALMOST TOP OF THE RanGE all were in a large folder,WITH BOTH SETS OF KEYS ALWAYS A BONUS it had only just arrived and therefore it needed all the vigarous checks that all ashbank used cars get before sale, ie,valeting, full mot even the mot was 6 months still remaining on it,the salesman who dealt with me was called mark,he told me when all was done and the car was ready, that he would call me, mark who kept me very well informed on the progress of the car told me it had failed an mot and the parts were on order ,also he told me the turbo needed a new one,and i know from expeierience they are not cheap,also 2 new tyre pressure valves needed replacing and recoding in, which were done by renault themselves, they did there mot checks etc they discovered and told me the things they had discovered that needed to be done before sale, as its there policy to do all known problems at this stage i thought mark the salesman was going to say the car needed too much spending on it so they were going to remove it from sale, whilst i was waiting for an update my son was visiting us on a sunday and i told him of the dylema i thought would happen, he said he also had heard good reviews from satisfied customers through his job as a motor technichian and mot tester for madeley heath motors which just happen to be a renault specialist,so we called at the garage and spoke to mark and i introduced kevin to mark also telling him my sons job for maddeley heath motors, i half exspected him to be off hand but, i couldnt have been more wrong he told us the car was in the repair bay and kevin my son could look and check everything over to give me his best advice as renaults are what he knows best,after a thourough check my son said if he does all he said he will plus give you a 3 month parts and labour warranty he himself deemed it a very excellent deal but asked when everything was repaired complted would mark allow me to take it to maddley heath motors and pay £25 for a 25 point inspection marks reply immidietly was no problem and he also said at any time i could ask for a full refund i have honestly never been treated so well im 58 now and this is by far the most pleasant and trustworthy place i have ever bought from, mark was well spoken very freindly and nothing was too much trouble for him to do for me, so the day came last week mark rand and said all done sir all ready for you to inspect plus take to renault for them to check too it passed with flying colours so i would like to thank mark the salesman at ashbank garage werrington and of course ashbanks super service whilst looking to place this review i noticed 5 only other reviews all bad i wonder if these people dealt with the same garage or werte just trying to ruin a 40 year family run buissness once again 100% top marks for the ashbank garage werrington, highly recomended but go and check it out for yourself.

I found a fiat grande punto advertised with them and after a couple of conversations they managed to tell me that it had service history and the bodywork was free from dents and scratches - getting the information was like pulling teeth.

I bought the car without a service or mot in August 10; the service and MOT were done in April 10 so it didn't need eiether.

All the car needed was a valet, test drive, and a couple of bits making good (touch up to motorway chips and passenger door unlock sensor) - I collected the car and a few miles down the road there was smoke pouring out of the o/s rear wheel and the brake pads were binding on the disc - huh? it looked like it was going to set on fire, the cd player didn't work..two of the tyres had less than 15 psi in them - No pre delivery inspection or test drive was done, and the car was not safe to drive. I took it back and was promised the car delivered to my home (100 mile away) with a full tank of fuel, great, cool no problem - all hot air and never happened. This garage is the worst I have ever dealt with. There a small garage that can't honour there word or do a simple job properly, be warned, be careful and get EVERYTHING written down if you buy from them. p.s. there warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.
