Car did work when picked up - took five attempts to fix cruise control brake switch. Adjusted tracking - was than so far out steering wheel wasn't straight.

you have to bully them to get what you want otherwise they just tell you a load of rubbish and make the owner do all the running around.

Servicing useless at best. threw away air filter parts which were required to keep the air filter in place causing mass air flow sensor to fail twice.

AUTO CARE a joke took a week to repair and wouldn't give me a hire car to replace mine event though I paid for one.

Sensor failed again - yet again no hire car had to sort at own expense even though under extended warranty - don't buy it Just too much hassle and hard work.

The whole experience was the most negative miserable car owning experience ever. Don't let these people near your car!

Seat Leon, reg BG12VLL reserved with intention to buy. Transfered ISA savings to purchase only to be told another manager from other branch has sold my car to another customer, is this you?

I have suggested that head office change their system and no sales are to be made on cars showing a reserved flag. The sales person who took the reservation is completely in charge till they remove the flag.

This car is still on the web site 4 days after sale and without the reserved flag, WHY?

Still waiting for refund of my money.

We paid for 2 years servicing when we bought our Insigia from AC at Leyland. They duly contacted us when the 1st service was due. I requested my car be serviced at the Preston branch of AC which was no problem as it is nearer for me. However, they came to work and collected my car - during the servicing they rang me to advise my tracking was out and quoted me to sort it. The car was returned to my work, washed and hoovered which was a nice surprise!
