Staff was courteous and efficient. The comunication through email and telephone was ecxellent from the first till the last moment of my rental. Great car, better than expected, at a great price! Very satisfied!! Excellent service, but above all a reliable car rental company. What they quote you initially is what they charge you when you arrive at the place. There are no hidden charges.

I own a 2006 Vauxhall Vectra Elite. My ABS light came on. I was quoted two hundred pounds for a replacement. I was advised to try online. A company called ACR contacted me. They quoted forty nine pounds, including delivery. The part took over a week to arrive. When it did, my garage advised me that the part was fitted with the wrong connecting plug, which cannot be changed. ACR have done everything and used any excuse not to replace the part, or refund my money. The moral is check before you buy from a breakers yard. It turns out that I can buy a brand new part, with a 12 month warranty for ninety five plus vat, from vauxcentre. It's not always a cheap option.
