Car Was Involved With In An Accident A Few Years A
Car was involved with in an accident a few years ago.
Was instructed by insrance company to take car there. Minor damage to front of car but all operational and functional. Took there for asessment and they couldnt open bonnett even though i could so hit it with a lump hammer till it gave way. Made car un drivable and me with no means of transport. Eventually got insurance comapny to instruct them to give me a car. They had my car 5 times in total! Lost bits of trim, engine parts and any future business from me or anyone i know. 5 times in total for 100% of the car back. 1 visit lasted over a week for for piece of trim.
