I had my clutch replaced by this garage last year. After only 7,000 miles, the clutch failed again. When I called, the woman on the phone initially seemed helpful. She confirmed that the work had been done by their garage and admitted that the clutch they used seemed to be cheap, but she assured me it was still under warranty and agreed to recover the vehicle.

During our conversation, she promised to see what she could do for me in terms of any gestures of goodwill. However, the next day, she called back with a quote of £675 for the repairs. When I hesitated to proceed, given that I had paid the same garage for this work only a year ago, her attitude changed dramatically. She became very defensive and started blaming me. She also dismissed any gestures of goodwill she had previously mentioned.

She called again the following day, seemingly just to argue. She offered to recover the vehicle but pressured me into using their service again. When I expressed my concerns about trusting them with my vehicle, she accused me of being difficult and said I was no longer welcome at the garage.

This is a very strange way to conduct business. Their work appears unreliable, using cheap parts, and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this garage at all.

I have served by this garage . AVOID them, I asked to look at my turbo charge which is whistling, Want to keep the car for one hour , I said cant wait that long should go some where else, they rushed out side grab the car key then put the bonnet up revs the engine few times drive around block, then CHARGE ME £16.50 for 15min waiting out side the garage!!!!

I have not been told that would be charge to put bonnet up. ( I could do it by myself ) when I complain I got shouted.

As a taxi driver who use regularly garages around Brighton and Hove , never experiences like this before. Total rip off.

Put my car at main dealer, No charge all day, washed and hovered too.

Absolutely dreadful garage, total rip off, viewers, please do not go anywhere near this garage. I bought a used car from them (costed over 2000 GBP), soon after I found that they wrote 50-50 on warranty (they wrote it secretly, without telling me in the invoice, so I pay 50% of the cost!) , they never told me about it. the car soon started to cause problem, such as noise, STOP alert etc. I took it to them, instead of repairing, they created more noise and charged me for whatever they did, obviously did not fix it. They said, I will have to pay more to fix the additional problem which was not there at all when I took the car to them. They created it. I then took my car back from them before they completely damage it and consulted someone (known to me) who knows about car, he told me that the power steering oil tank is damaged(how did they do that?) I saw oil is spattering everywhere, (it was not before I handed car to them) and few other things they damaged as well.

In short, stay away from them, they have con men in their sales department and mechanics are either incompetent or have no experience. I suspect, they do it deliberately so they can rip off people.
