Avoid avoid look somewhere else engineer no knowledge connecting my underseat sub woofer cannot refund my money

Asked about install of active amp to car - they had no clue what I was on about. Asked about fitment of any amp and sub and they said they couldn't help and just advised I talk to the car manufacturer. How this could possibly ly help me I don't know. I had a product which I needed fitting bit these self proclaimed experts know nothing.

Interestingly the MD is listed below from a whois search (public domain) so if you are unhappy as pretty much all of us are you could always write directly to him, let him know how his company is doing...

I requested a 2 din car radio to be fitted. I emailed them 3 times including photos to assist with the fitting. I didn't get a single reply. When I phoned them they didn't even respond when I mentioned that this was my fourth time of asking. They offered a fitting date about a month into the future but wanted full payment upfront. I declined.

Best to avoid!

I asked for a quote to fit a reverse camera to my car but they couldn't even be bothered to reply, could have said no sorry this is not something we can help with, waste of time, good idea but lacks any execution and customer service is all important nowadays!

I would never ever use this company again even if they offered to pay me to let them fit a car stereo. A few years ago I purchased a car stereo and some speakers. I was given a voucher that entitled me to fitting by "we can fit". I soon found out it's a name they don't live up to. "We can't fit" would be more appropriate in my opinion. I called and booked an appointment with them and the day before it was supposed to be fitted I decided to call them and just double check that they are still coming to fit the stereo. When I asked they said the appointment had been cancelled! No apology and no notification of the cancellation, when I asked why they did not let me know they told me that they had missed out a digit when noting down my telephone number, again no apology! They said they guy that was going to fit it was off work. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one available. To cut a long story short I fit it myself as it was a lot less hassle than trying to use this awful company

this company was booked for two installations on same day (rear parking sensors and hands free kit)10 days later and 1 day before booked install date I received a text message stating my installation date had been changed,I informed them by phone that time had been taken off work and the new date was not suitable and requested a refund which was stated would take 3-5 days. Now over 12 days later and numerous phone calls and excuses later, no refund has been issued. Payment was made via paypal so I am now chasing the for a refund.

booked them to hard wire my tomtom in,the engineer came,park in next doors drive,never gave his name.was told he could not fit it as no molex conector.rang his office was told to go to hslfords.They hadnt a clue as they use a cigar lighter coming off the back of the cars socket.spoke to the office again,all i got was hslford has them,just keep going round in circles.ended up putting the phone down,just want to take your money.

I have just been told by a Wecanfit technician that he can't fit my Tevion car stereo because it needs an ISO lead whatever that is. The company took the make and model of my car so they should have advised me when I booked 10 days ago.

The technician refused to do the job saying that he doesn't carry the parts I don't have - which I would have paid for had I known - and that I need to rebook at a cost of £14.99! I know nothing about car stereos. These people say they do? why didn't they advise me what I needed when they took the make and model of my car? Because they just wanted the money and don't care about customers or customer service. They just keep your money!

When I and my friend called these people they laid the blame squarely at my feet saying that I should have got the extra part about which I had no knowledge! If I can fit it myself, or get my friend to do it - why would I call these people out? Their advert was sitting inside the Tevion car audiobox (For Aldi)! Having read other reviews I shall be contacting Quesh who make Tevion.

This company is useless and does not do what it says it will do, takes your money and when they don't deliver will not refund. I will not let this one go and will take to small claims court if need be. Have taken advice from Trading Standards and this company are breaking laws on terms and conditions. Have just written to them now giving them 10 days for a full refund. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

Ok, so it was my girlfriends 21st birthday yesterday, 14th feb. One of the gifts i got her was a nice new car stereo, and had arranged fitting for her birthday with wecanfitit.co.uk. We were due to go out that night with family etc to celebrate, nice restaurant etc, but my girlfriend could only take one day off work that week, so instead of having a nice lay in after a night out, i requested she take her birthday off so the guy could come and fit her stereo. It was boooked a month in advance, i received a text message on the 13th, saying installation was booked for the next day. Her birthday came, and i waited, and waited, 1pm I rang them, they said the engineer would still be coming, but hes running a bit late. I waited some more, rang another 3 times, and was told, the final time that he would still be making it, but if for whatever reason he couldnt, I would receive a text stating he wouldnt be arriving. Guess what? Yea exactly, the knob heads didnt turn up, or give me any notification that they wouldnt be attending the job. So they just left us sitting around all day, on her birthday, when we could have been doing something..Or she could have had the next day off work and not bothered wasting a day because of these idiots. Nobody offered to call the engineer and find out how long or anything, nobody replied to the email i sent after closing time when i was sure nobody was coming, nobody wanted to do anything!! I am apalled at the level of customer service from this company, and the unreliability. I would advise ANYONE not to use this company, it seems really convenient, but believe me, it isn't! I called them today to tell theme exactly what i thought of them, and arrange a refund. Time will tell if this refund actually happens but i wont be giving them an easy ride. Please, do yourselves a favour, DO NOT USE WECANFITIT.CO.UK!!!! cowboys.
