These people are really terrible I had my van repaired there and wasnt happy with the repair, when I complained a man who said he was the manager abused me and told me to f**** off.
I later when to my insurers and complained and they appointed a independant engineer who said he encountered this sort of thing all the time and that the company had recently lost several contracts due to this type of behaviour.
I later had to have the van repaired at another bodyshop
I would never use these people again
Your very lucky..my motorhome was in there for 11 months to start with..then all together it was nearly over 18 month,.they took it for an mot .from BP ROLLS TO my mot as they didn't have a clue..snd in that year since the last mot it HAD ONLY 44 MILES, YOU CAN TELL WHEN THERE LYING , THERE LIPS MOVE...WORKSHOP MANGER AND THE REST OF THERE SO CALLED BODGERS ARE UNEXPERIENCED..AND YES THEY HAVE LOST SO MANY INSURERS WHO HAVE TAKEN THEM OFF THE LIST...MY MOTORHOME NOW HAS BEEN ONE OF THE 19 OR SO VEHICLES ALONG WITH MY 30FT MOTORHOME THAT COURT FIRE....I DIDNT KNOW THAT IT HAD BEEN IN A FIRE AND COMPLETELY DESTROYED..I RANG AFTER THE NEXT DAY IN THE AFTERNOON TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I GET MY MOTORHOME BACK, AND THE WORKSHOP MANAGER SAID ITS BEEN BURNT TO THE GROUND ..THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO RING AND LET ME KNOW....THEY ARE A 2 BIT COMPANY WITH 2 BIT STAFF, ALL EXCEPT THE LOVELY LADY ON RECEPTION...I JUST CANNOT GET OVER THE BLATANT LIES EVERY TIME THEY SOMETHING...I WILL BE SEEING MY SOLICITOR WITH ALL THE TXTS AND PHOTOS OF ALL THE BAD AND DANGEROUS WORK THEY HAVE DONE..IM NOT SURPRISED THERE WAS A MASSIVE FIRE, MAYBE SOMEONE UP THERE IS TELLI G THEM TO ALL GIVE UP...WATCH THIS SPACE FOR AN EXPLOSIVE END TO THIS SAGA...
