Paid for the Full Valet service which is to clean the car, do a polish, make it showroom like as i was told. 3 hour job i was told......

Guys turned up, washed the outside, vac'd the inside, put an airfreshner in and said they'd finished. 40 mins total...

No polish, no shampooing, etc.

ABSOLUTE joke of a company, service is less than what you get when you pay £10 to the 'handwash' guys you see scattered around.

Avoid this company!

As with the previous reviewer,I also purchased to Groupon deal for £22.00 for a valet with 1st Choice Vehicle care...I tried to contact them several times and finally someone emailed me saying that I couldn't use my voucher straight away but someone would be in touch within 4 weeks to book me in..6 weeks,several phone calls and numerous emails laetr I finally get an email saying the voucher is cancelled and I should contact Groupon to get a refund...very disappointing service, shall not be using them again!

As with 645 paying customers I paid for the deal to have a vehicle valeted. I made several attempts to place a booking and was told by 1st Choice that due to staffing problems that the booking might take upto 6 months.

However yesterday when I contacted them they said they had cancelled the deal with Groupon and that I would need to chase up my refund with them.

As I paid with PayPal, I have already made a claim for a full refund.
