Waited 4 Hours For Someone For Britannia Rescue To
Waited 4 hours for someone for Britannia Rescue to come out on a Friday evening in a not-so remote part of Scotland. Very few 'agents' anywhere near; 2 of nearest were an hour's drive away and they declined to come out, waited over 3 hours (were told it would be 2 hours after 3/4 hour initial wait) for one to come on minor roads from somewhere even more remote. Call handlers seemed to have no concept of the geography of the area. We were not asked if we had somewhere warm to wait or if we any of us were vulnerable, were told later on the wait we'd have been give priorty if we were at roadside, but as they couldn't get anyone to us anyway this was all a bit hollow. Agent arrived in a landrover so would not have been able to take us or the car anywhere had he been unable to fix the problem.

Its Really Britannia Breakdown - But You Get Far B
Its really Britannia Breakdown - but you get far better rates if done through the CSMA.
Britannia were rated one of the best breakdown companies in the UK, so at the lower price through the CSMA its even better.
The top of the range package including hotel stays and international breakdowns is unbeatable, especially as you can have your car (for international) and yourself and partner covered (for any vechicle they are in) for about £115 for the year.
