Didn't Even Turn Up
I booked in for my 1st lesson with surepass (retaking due to failure previously) spoke to surepass who advised me they could fit me in within a couple of weeks and advised me it was with one of their best instructors. So the day came for my lesson at 6pm, I was messaged by my instructor who I hadn't even met yet at 17:30 to cancel my lesson and he would call me the next day to rearrange. No call was received so I messaged him to reschedule, I was advised again I would get a call. Never received a call and didn't bother phoning back or messaging as I don't believe that's the greatest 1st impression. Still haven't received a call or an apology to date and I find it disguisting how they advise you will be charged for the lesson if you don't call them within 48hrs. Well I received half an hours notice, so where's my reimbursement for the time i scheduled for the lesson? Of course there is non.

the person I dealt with is a great driving instructor. She's very patient and excellent at explaining things, have learned tons from her.

I would definitely recommend going with this driving school but I would also definitely recommend my instructor as she is reali good always on time for lessons car is always clean and lovely to drive i was recommend and I have recommend her to everyone I no wanting to start lessons or who have been having lessons with different schools and kept failing and have gone with her and past straight away I look forward to my lesson every week

Shocking
After booking a crash course and practical driving test through surpass with a good 2 months between the date of my test and the time of booking the instructor they allocated to me failed to turn up to one lesson he had arranged, this continued for a month and a half, when I contacted surpass to find out what was going on I didn't receive a response... A couple of weeks down the line and exactly a week before my test date they called me to inform me the instructor had been let go and that I basically was now on my own to collect my money from the instructor and left with nobody to fit 20 hours in within a 1 week time period... Absolute shambles of a company!!

Vicki Hulse best instructor ever, she has been so helpful to me, she is very friendly and welcoming I never feel nervous going on a driving lesson she could not do more for me she even offered theory lessons as I was struggling with my theory. I thoroughly enjoy doing my driving lessons with her and I will defiantly stay in contact with Vicki when im done :)

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great school Surepass is, I booked the 30 hour crash course, having never driven before I thought this the best option. The people on the phone were so helpful, couldn't do enough for me, my test was booked the same day (well impressed). My instructor rang soon after and the course was booked in. I PASSED 1st time, Awesome service!!!!! THANK YOU Surepass!

Surely Not Pass!!
My son wanted to pass his driving test during this summer, and have his licence before he went back to university. So I contacted Surepass driving school for an intensive driving course. Well they were happy to take my payment up front. We had to book the test date before any lessons were planned and they said my son would be contacted within 3 days to arrange lessons with his instructor. Nothing happened and when I phoned them back they said he will contact my son soon. Still nothing happened and when I phoned them back again they gave me the number and name of the instructor, so my son could contact the instructor directly. When my son phoned, no answer...then he texted and eventually got a text back with the list of 6 days intensive driving, which was 5 hours each day. My son enjoyed learning to drive and felt he was up for the test. Hecame with him during the test as recommended in the Surepass book. Sadly he failed because they told him he was too much over the other side of the road, but apart from that he had only 3 driver faults.
So as he was desperate to pass before the end of the summer, he booked a test in Winchester as the test centre there had places in August and Southampton only in September. He had said he didn't need any further lessons because he was fine driving. However, when the test date came, he told my son that he couldn't come with him because he had phone calls to make, so my son was left on his own with the examiner. This examiner failed him again with 17 driver faults and he told the instructor afterwards that my son should never pass a driving test. I feel comments like this are very demoralising and it should never have been said in front of my son, who was very upset about the whole experience. It is misconduct and unprofessional behaviour. Should the instructor have come in the car, it might have given my son more confidence and there would have been a witness as to how he was driving.
I see that even though this company has failed you by not contacting your son in the first place the only thing they can offer is a half hearted apology. I was thinking of going with this company for my driving lessons but, by the look of the comment below I think I'll surely pass on using this company. They could at least offer to give your son a few extra free driving lessons for their mess up but, as with these so called super companies for driving the more that fail the more money they make. The examiner is in the wrong and the instructor SHOULD have been there. Your son should not have been subjected to destructive criticism by an examiner. The least Surepass could do is offer some free driving lessons to your son. But, I'm sure they won't. The exclaimation mark at the end of Ms Partington's comment says it all.
I am so sorry to hear of the experience your son had, I wish we had been given the opportunity to put this right at the time. We do appreciate your feedback, and wish your son the best of luck in the future!

My instructor Is Jonathon he is very friendly and very helpful and I feel I can easily learn rather than my previous instructor at dynamic driving school which is no way near as good
