The aftersales staf at carnaby just try to pass the buck.They wont even return for waranty jobs unless they happen to be in area.keep well away.

I would NEVER recommend a Carnaby Static Caravan to anyone. Initially really pleased with purchase. 4 yrs on all GSH radiators cracked. Units are factory sealed with antifreeze & handbook stresses not to interfere with system. Followed manufactures instructing exactly as stated in handbook. Spoke to extremely rude person called Mr Austin (ARSEtin) who accused me of draining antifreeze from system or topping up boiler. Both completely false. Neighbours on park all use same engineer to drain caravans & have never had any probs, but they have Willerbys and Atlas models. If I'd known that Carnaby heating system wasn't compatable with a cold winter I'd never have invested. Stick to Willerby or Atlas as neighbours all really happy
