After Spending My Youth On Family Holidays I Find
After spending my youth on family holidays i find myself following in my parents footsteps and the cycle begins again as me, my wife and two daughters take the leap from canvas.
We spent several months learning the differences between models and layouts and when we went to the caravan show at the NEC we found the Altea 542DT.
The ideal way to describe the van in general is "very fit for purpose".
The layout suits those who need room to move and the storage space is class leading.
The bathroom is extremely clever and coupled with the new wider caravan door makes this a great choice for those of us with disabled children as you can sit on the loo and help them shower without having the door open.
The bunks are super comfy and wide.
It tows lovely, the single axle and longer A frame make for a very stable ride, but I did invest in the Alko 3004 triple pack!
Pound for pound i couldn't find a better van.
cant agree more fab van loads of space and storage
easy to tow best it kids hve tre own beroom
I found this review very helpful because we have a disabled child and have scoured the internet for vans that may accomodate our daughters needs, apart from getting her wheelchair through the main caravan door (which doesnt look very likely at the the mo) it helps to know that we could still shoewer her etc comfortably without tripping over each other!!! Thank you!!

We Saw The Adria When We Went To Earls Court - It
We saw the Adria when we went to Earls Court - it was the first 5 berth we saw when we entered the show. We spent the whole show trying to find something close in terms of level of equipment for the money - it couldn't be done !
South Wales Caravans did a cracking deal and we got an oven, awning and practically everything other than cutlery in the price of the van - less than 9 grand !
Two seasons later, we still love it and can't see other manufacturers' models that match it in terms of layout, airy interior or anywhere the price!
i agree great value for the money had ours two years no probs at all ab fab
