We bought our 3rd Caravan from Reading Branch we traded in our Stirling and got a new Elddis Infinity . She gave us a price we were happy with and arranged the new vans delivery. We needed the caravan by March and they did it . It got special delivery to the Branch from the factory , and they got it ready within 2 weeks. Very happy with the full service and after service as well .

Bought our first caravan from here, and from start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful. They could answer all our questions, went through a lengthly handover with us (being new to owning and towing), and were quick to resolve a minor after sales issue (one of the external handles snapped off). We bought one of their cheapest caravans and received 5 star service, we will definately use them again if we ever decide to upgrade thi one!

Just bought a bailey from the Finedon caravan centre.From start to finish the service and support was excellent.My wife got a bunch of flowers from,our salesman.We would highly recommend them.

Bought a caravan from [name removed] at leicester. Had a few niggles but these were sorted without a problem and in a very friendly manner. Will definately use again!

Found the ideal caravan at The Caravan Company[ Reading ],[60 miles from our home in Fareham] but with some problems that needed fixing.

The main problem was the bouncy/spongy and squeaky floor between the kitchen area and fridge.Obviously we were concerned about delamination .

Our salesman listed the fault on our sales invoice for work needed.

Many weeks later on the agreed handover day,we arrived to collect the caravan to discover that the floor problem hadn't been resolved.The manager of the branch said that the spongy floor couldn't be fixed - he said two workshops had looked at it and decided that nothing could be done.We were very surprised at this.Our friends had a similar problem and their dealer's workshop had repaired it .

We were very annoyed that we had not been contacted before the day of collection and told that one of the problems had not be resolved.I accept that perhaps I should have rung them also to confirm.

We did not accept the caravan and had wasted a whole day[ took time off work] and fuel.

A GREAT SHAME - WE LOVED THE CARAVAN .We were happy to accept the valuation for our caravan. Was it the cost of the repair that prevented The Caravan Company from having two very happy caravanners and a totally different review of their company?

We wish we knew .

I purchased my first caravan, a second hand caravan nearly 3 years ago from the Reading branch. They first they sold me a caravan too heavy for my car ( not knowing anything about caravanning I trusted the sales man) . I had to change my car! I paid my cash deposit and was told they would send my paper copies of the finance in the post, again I trusted them. The paperwork was never sent but when I received the paperwork from Black Horse, you've guessed it, my deposit was gone! I was a single nieave mother who has now learnt her lesson. I went back to them only to be told the guy who sold me the caravan had gone and they couldn't locate my file and would get back to me. They never did! The roof leaked in the bathroom, and found it had been patched up by the Skye light, badly. I had to pay for the repairs. I have just part exchanged the caravan for a new one locally and to my utter shock the caravan wasn't as it seemed. The windows were blown and the floor had gone. It was always spongy, but I thought that was just the caravan, I now know better. If you don't know what your looking for as I didn't then I would say they took advantage or they have no idea about caravans. The dealers I exchanged it were great and explained both the windows and floor were damaged before I purchased it. And it should never been sold with a floor that had gone, although the windows were blown they just about ok. A good dealer would never had sold a caravan in that condition. This has now cost me even more money to rectify before I could purchase my new caravan. Thankfully my new caravan is wonderful and my local dealers were patient and terrific. They sprained all the finance and I made sure ever penny was accountable. Please be very careful when buying from The Caravan Company, I don't believe they have any morals.

Just managed to find the time to write this review. We bought our Bailey Caravan from the Leicester Branch to be Greated by a very polite sales man called David. He made the whole purchase fun and i found it very easy and enjoyable parting with my hard earned money which i don't part with easily!!. David gave us all the time and help we could possibly want and actually wanted to know more about us and made the experiance even more special.

Nothing was too much trouble and David went to great lengths to make sure the whole transaction was as smooth as the initial sale to the point he came in on his day of to make sure we was dealt with to the highest standard and given all information and demonstration of our new Caravan. My wife said we was dealing with a very genuine and thoughtful person as he has Thank you cards all over his desk and must have many happy customers as each card looked like they took the time in being made or chosen to thank him for all his hard work. "David you are worth your weight in gold" I hope this review brings you many more customers and keep up the great work and we will see you in a few years for another great caravan from the caravan company
