Great Service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. Price given for part exchange was reasonable and price of purchase best in the area. We went out of our local area to go to Herald and would again. Both extremely helpful. No pushy sales tactics. Will definitely visit again for our future needs.

Having dealt with Ben & Richard on 2 previous purchases,I can not praise them enough,very helpful,friendly,efficient and non pressure sales tactics.I have also recommended several friends to Herald caravans,who also have nothing but high praise.There are several large Caravan dealers nearer to my home,but I would rather go the extra distance knowing I am going to receive 1st class honest efficient,friendly service every time I go there for servicing etc.

My wife and I recently decided it was time to upgrade from a tent to a caravan (our first) and we are really lucky that Herald Caravans are just up the road in Castle Cary. The experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Choice (new or second hand),extras that you need to get you started, after purchase storage if required.Manager, Ben, is a most curtious, considerate, knowledgeable,friendly gentleman whereby nothing is too much bother as we had loads of questions,and who put us at ease (without hard selling)from the start which resulted in such a wonderful experience that we purchased the caravan of our dreams. I have bought my first and my second caravans from Herald caravans.

The manager Ben has been a breath of fresh air - actually cares about the customer and is very supportive & helpful. It is nice to have a genuine person to deal with rather than feeling that you are being ignored / ripped off.

Had my caravan serviced with Herald caravans, dropped it of on a saturday collected the following saturday, they were very competitively priced and there customer service was also very good. many thanks to Herald caravans.

We purchased our Bailey Ranger from Herald Caravans and on collection the van was in immaculate condition. Customer service was excellent and we will definately go back and recommend to friends/family. It was a real pleasure to find someone so friendly and helpful.

Have rented from Herald for four years now and have always received excellent, prompt service. Caravans have always been spotlessly clean and equipment good. Only problem is that they no longer supply awnings for New Wine events.
