We hire 2 caravans and awnings from Jayne and Trevor at Coast Touring Caravan Hire for our annual weeks holiday at Burghley Horse Trials and have done for the last 3 years. Jayne and Trevor could not be more helpful and professional in the service they offer - their caravans are extremely well equipped, clean and well maintained and they are flexible on both their hire periods and collection and drop off times. When collecting the caravans Trevor explains everything about them very thoroughly and both he and Jayne are always on the end of the phone should we need any assistance. We look forward to many more years of hiring caravans from Jayne and Trevor.

I happened across COAST by chance surfing the web for Caravan Hire, a simple phone call, couple of e mails and the booking was made, paperwork completed and confirmed. My requirements were quite specific as I had a low tow limit as towing with MAZDA 3 but COAST came up with the goods.

The customer service is excellent and the kit provided is superb and fit for purpose. Every possile kitchen utensil, pot/pan /bowls are made available in some ways there was too much.

The pick up and drop arranements were excellent with Jayne and Trevor available on mobiles ready to answer any queries, you may have. I struggled to find a business providing this type of hire service in Scotland, hence I made the 250mle round trip to pick up the van. It was well worth the trip I hope to do this again and will be sure to contact Jayne first to if they can assist with my requirements next time.

The service we received from Coast Touring Caravan Hire was excellent from the first telephone enquiry through to when we returned the van to Coast Caravan Hire.

The telephone booking was straightforward with the technical information given in an efficient and easy to understand manner. All those extra bits needed for towing e.g. towing mirrors were part of our package which was convenient. Another bonus was that comprehensive insurance was also part of the package, not always the case with other hire companies

The collection point for the van is extremely convenient for those heading north to Northumberland and Scotland or south into Durham and Yorkshire.

The handover was simple but comprehensive and left us feeling confident about towing the van.

The van itself although not brand new was in excellent condition and performed perfectly throughout the holiday.

When we returned the van the handover check was friendly and informal but again was thorough.

All in all a good friendly, professional value for money service.

This was our first experience of caravaning and being total novices we had endless questions which Jane and Trevor answered with great knowledge and endless patience. The caravan we hired had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy.

Pick up and drop off procedures were excellent and even included a recommendation for the best ice cream shop to visit.

We are already planning another trip for next year and wont hesitate in using Coast again.

This was our first experience of renting and touring a caravan. Both Jane and Trevor made it a pleasurable experience. Jane was not only pleasant and friendly but very efficent. Trevor really wants you to have a good holiday and had lots of friendly advice to make our holiday more enjoyable. The van we rented was to a high standard and included everything we needed for a weeks holiday and any thing else could be supplied. We would recommend hiring an awning for any trips as this does increase space. We would and have recommend Coast to friends and family looking to rent a caravan. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

we have used coast touring caravans for a number of years, we have never had any problems with the caravans,would highly recommend there services to friends and family,the caravans have everything you would need for your trip away, everything is explained in great detail of what you have to do when you get away, unsure of anything just give a call and jayne and trevor will help,

It was the first time we'd used Coast Touring Caravan Hire and had only hired in a similar fashion once before (which was a good experience). On this occasion - a relatively short trip to Mossyard, near Gatehouse-of-Fleet - we were not disappointed at all. In fact, we were really happy with everything there was, from the relaxed and personal contact with Jane, through the booking and deposit/payment method, to Trevor's detailed explanation of how everything worked before we set off. The caravan itself was modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including an electric toaster which Jane made sure we had!. No complaints at all and will definitely hire from here again next year.

This was the second time we've hired from Coast and we'll definately be using them again. Jane and Trevor are both very helpful and make the whole experience so easy, the caravans are modern and always very clean, tidy and well stocked with just about everything you need to have an enjoyable trip. An excellent service overall!

We had a very enjoyable experience and found the caravan to be of an excellent standard- immaculate inside and very well equipped. Jayne was fantastic in responding to questions, very effecient administration and we plan to book again next year. Very useful hints and tips provided as it was a first time for us and really helpful advice on camp sites.
