We have used Black Country Caravans accessory shop for many years and have always found the staff pleasant and helpful.

When our new caravan was due for a service we decided to give our business to a local company, rather than using the usual dealers in Warwickshire.

We weren't made to feel particularly welcome and it all seemed to be too much trouble for them as they had not sold us the van.

When one of the simple jobs hadn't been done, they suggested that a warranty claim could be made until it was pointed out that the hinge mounted merely needed tightening. No help parking the van on arrival, "just leave it there", and no help in connecting on collection.

Would think twice about booking our caravan in here in future.

Excellent service throughout including pre-advice of depatch and the arrival time frame. The table, packaging and price paid were superb and the order was despatched immediately and received the following day. I could't ask for more!

We have just bought a swift caravan. Excellant service from beginning to end. 

After going around a few caravan dealers we ened up at Black Country Caravans, what an experience... Our first caravan bought, holidayed in for a few years, then part ex for a different make, again the experience was brill.. Then after a few years of holidaying, we decided to part ex our island bed caravan for a more practical one.. Once again the sales team stepped up to the mark and beyond in advising us and letting us go over the caravan in every detail, nook and cranny. Yes caravan number three bought and holidayed in... Today 20th July ''13, we have bought an awning and had excellent service again.. Can not recommend Black Country Caravns enough, well worth a visit... Apparently I am not allowed a new caravan and hubby has told the sales team... (watch this space).....

We recently bought a caravan, 28th June 2009, from Black Country Caravans and what a lovely experience we had. After buying our 1st caravan in March 2009 and getting ripped off by a caravan dealers we were delighted with the way we were treated.

They spent 2 hours going through everything we needed to know about this caravan, even a couple of days later when we had a query they rang us straight back and guided us through it.
