Volkswagen Transporter 4-Motion 130PS T30

This is the best van we have ever owned. It is great for towing and the 4motion is great in the snow. It will not only pull itself through the snow but it will pull any lesser van through the snow with it. It has loads of power and does not care if it is empty or carrying a full load. I took it to Germany and it was like driving a car, with speeds of well over 100 mph. I wish VW servicing was not such a rip off though!! I would by another one because there is no other van on the market that does it all so well, Comfort, Reliability, Grip and torque.

Will buy another soon hopefully suspension stronger and geared better for towing.

Soft suspension with load it sags, geared to high for towing, needs lumber support in drivers seat as standard, sliding door squeeks with load in back, resale poor.

Strongly recommend the 4-motion Transporter. Plenty fast enough, loads of power and cruises up motorway inclines, no problem. Specify the right options and you will have a valuable base for a camper van conversion when you come to sell it.
