Fiat Doblo 1.9SX Cargo

A good little van that never lets you down.

Where to start with the Fiat Doblo 1.9SX Cargo? Unreliable engine, needed replacing at 40,000. Wasn't covered under the warranty either so that cost over £3,000 and we had to have it done at an independent as our main dealer refused to do it. Customer Service from all Fiat Departments including head office in Slough was abysmal. Lack of communication from all levels of employees was only to be expected. At 50,000 miles the fuel injector system has gone, again not under warranty. We had the van back for less than a week when the fuel pump went. So it is back in the garage yet again. As of writing the part needed is on back order from Italy and our dealer can't tell us when it will be here. Needless to say as soon as we get it back I am selling it! My advice? Get yourself a Ford. They might be common but at least they are reliable!
