I Have The Ford Thunder. It Came With So Many Extr
I have the Ford Thunder. It came with so many extras, heated seats, elec windows on all doors, elec adjust mirrors. The fuel consumption is excellent and the pulling power impressive. In the recent snow it has never let me down.
I am so impressed with this vehicle.

Genrally liked the vehicle although I thought heavy on diesel at 25 mpg sensible driving.
5th gear failed at 45,000 miles, kept jumping out of gear.
Spoke to gearbox expert garage and informed that they all do that eventually. This gearbox specialist has even rebuilt the boxs of Rangers for the local Ford dealer whilst they are still under warranty.
I wish my thunder had got to 45k instead of 11k and 4 mounths out of warranty It seems ford new of these problems with the 09 as they issued a TSB in december 09
I found this review not helpful because... the model Ranger the reviewer had was the previous model not the 2.5 TDCi model
