2001 Celica Gt-s Vvtl-i

This car is an attractive and sporty coupe. As it is my first car, reliability, good economy and low insurance were paramount - and this car covers all three with shining colors! The interior is strong, stylish and comfortable.

The car is easy to drive, fairly comfortable (although a bit loud) under 6000 rpm, but once you get above 6200 rpm, the extra overhead high rev cam kicks in and the car becomes a true sports car all the way to the 8200 rpm redline!

A good driver with the six speed manual can port 0-60 times under 7 seconds, if they manage to keep the engine in the VVTL-i power band, fast enough to drag out any comparable 1.8L N/A car - and that's not even the best part!

The handling and feel of this car is amazing, it is responsive and crisp, and there is nothing like driving, alone with your music, through a twisting turning mountain road in a great car such as this.

This car unfortunately is underrated, and a little loud inside - but all is forgiven once you begin to drive!
