Ford Focus CC CC-3 2.0

Fantastic 2.0l diesel CC - plenty of power and good (45+) mpg, cavernous boot, and still space to store 2 x 41L suitcases when top is stowed. Mk 2 versions seem to have fewer leaks (if at all), and handles almost as good as the existing Focus 5-door we have. Whoever wrote it was not good in snow ought to consider whether their tyres or, more likely, their driving style is the reason for their problem ? It's no 4x4, so don't expect it to handle like one.

I'm a fan, and could have chosen the Megane, Peugeot, VW or Volvo CCs - I did my homework (start at http://www.focusccforum.com/)and make sure - for any CC - you check it's a good car to start with.

Can't wait for the summer again !

I bought the CC2 in 08 and within 2 days it ahad 7 different problems. Ford have tried to fix them but the thing still keeps breaking. The battery keeps cutting out and nobody can seem to find the fault. Mine is rubbish on the snow and does not grip to the road at all which makes it very difficult to drive. this is the worst cat i have ever bought and i would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a great car. It drives as well as the standard focus (which is extremely well!). It has a huge boot with the roof up and still has a very large, but a bit shallow boot with the roof down. There aren't too many of these around so you feel a little special driving one (unlike the peugeot and renault rivals). The only negative I can think of, is that the frameless doors and no roof gutters, mean that you tend to get dripped on as you open the door in the wet.

CC-3 - love it! Looks absolutely fab and is a great family coupe convertible. Great value for money, has been completely reliable and NO LEAKS!

This is the cabriolet coupe that is now the new benchmark, looks great, drives great with sharp handling and a great ride, luxurious comfort in the cc3 lux pack version. This car has great build quality and I believe uses the highest quality components and plastics, feels better than the EOS in every department and leaves the peugeot and vauxhall versions for dead when it comes to value, comfort, quality and sheer enjoyment.. If your in the market for a quality, refined, and classy affordable CC then look no further than the Focus CC.

I have a Ford Focus cc2, got it 10 months ago, love the colour.

It seems to leak. I waited three years for the new shape and it still weems to leak. I feel that I am going to lose all my money on it, because I may not be able to sell it.

The first Focus CC, introduced in September 2006, suffered quality problems on its retractable hardtop system.

For the restyled model, debuting on March 4 at the Geneva auto show and going on sale late next month, Pininfarina is testing every Focus CC for 20 minutes spraying water at 2.7bar of pressure.

If you buy a cc3 that works properly, congratulations! Our brand new Ford Focus cc3 broke down 2 weeks after we got it.

One year later it still does it, dealership can'tt seem to help and cant find the problem we have asked for replacement car or money back for faulty goods.

It also leeks (has been in to have 3 leeks repaired).
