Opel Zafira 2.0 Elegance DTH is a very practical family car

This Opel Zafira 2.0 Elegance DTH people carrier has been excellent since the day we purchased it. Flexible seating, good space for passengers and enough go in the engine to keep all happy. The fuel economy is also very good. Comparable to the 1.6 Focus we traded in for it. Although there is no boot space when all seven seats are up this is no different from any larger 7 seater on the market. Investment in a roof box is essential but in my view perfectly acceptable. The seating arrangement is excellent with comfortable seats and enough room for everyone, although the very rear seats might be a struggle for anyone over 5'6". I am 6'2" and the driving position is comfortable with plenty of head room and good vision even on longer journeys. Slight concern with wipers as set for european driving so strip on right hand side of drivers view never gets touched. There is apparently a conversion that vauxhall will do and I intend to have this done at some point in the future as some blind spots can occurr durring rain. Over all this is an absolutely great car.
