A Wonderful Car That I Think Most Guys Would Love
A wonderful car that I think most guys would love to have sitting in their garage. It is a car that is meant to be driven, tuned, and pushed to the very limit (only for it to surpass them with flying colors). I don't so much as see this as a car anymore, but a piece of artwork. The embodiment of beautiful monstrosity. At least imho, you don't need to believe me.

The Chevrolet 2000 Camaro Zl1 Car Is One Hell Of A
The Chevrolet 2000 Camaro ZL1 car is one hell of a machine...it does 9.55@144 mph on a 1/4 mile, displaces 9504 cc's, and will hit 100 in 6.8 seconds. Anyone who wants to put another turbo on a CL65 AMG that costs $150000+ is lacking a thing called common sense (by the way "pretty boy" it has a v12 with a twin turbo already in it from the production line). The car only does a 4.5 0-60 mph compared with the 3.0 seconds for the ZL-1 and it doesnt put out nearly as much hp as the ZL-1 does (770 to 612, and that's with a V-12 TT!). True, the CL65 AMG is a good car but the ZL-1 would beat it in any race. It's cheaper, faster, and has more horsepower...enough said.
Despite the greatness of the ZL-1, the 2001 Lingenfelter Corvette beats all other production (not concept) cars in the world, hands down.
Wrong - Bugatti Veyron, but... that's uninsurable lol

This Chevrolet 2000 Camaro Zl1 Is Awesome To Say T
This Chevrolet 2000 Camaro ZL1 is awesome to say the least. I would buy one in an instant if I could. I have driven one and the car rides and drives like a dream. When your foot goes to the floor it feels like nothing else in the world. The 9.3L engine is a little too big for the car but it still is awesome. It also needs the six speed in it for top end purposes.

This Is One Of The Most Nefarious Cars Out There.
This is one of the most nefarious cars out there. It is high powered and looks good,it may not be not that luxurious, but usually street cars arent made for luxury more for high power and torque. With 770hp and 950 Nm torque this car is a true American muscle car. The 1969 camaro ZL1 is nice too, but it has less hp and torque, but it is still a nice classic muscle car. Anyway, the 2000 camaro ZL1 deserves a lot of recognition and praising for its neplusultra looks and street legal power. I personally havent drove it but I have done reports and looked up tons of stuff about this car and it is by far the coolest car I've seen in a while, but its too bad its not coming out. BUT!!! GMMC,not GMC, GMMC is looking at making one allready, but its going to be with 400hp,instead of the 770, a more practical car for everyday uses with a lot more luxuries,which will be very nice. I've seen the pictures of the GMMC camaro ZL1 and its a very nice car with the same size rims as the 2000 ZL1, a nicer interior, a lot better sound system, and a lot other nice accessories. Anyways, I give the 2000 camaro ZL1 a 10 out of 10.

This Car Is The Definition Of American Muscle. No
This car is the definition of American Muscle. Not only does this car accelerate like a mother, but its a demon on the track. This car deserves only the best of praises. Oh and by the way, you can't buy it, it is a concept. There's only one, and no plans exist to build it in mass production. Maybe they'd consider it if only we could get GM to bring back the Camaro?
OH YES YOU CAN BUY ONE!! I WORK AT GMMG IN MARIETA GA GMMG HAS BUILT THE ULTIMATE ZL1 SUPER CAR FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW. YOU CAN GET A PHASE III CAR FOR AROUND $100,000.00. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ONE YOU CAN START BY CHECKING OUT OUR WEBSITE... GMMGINC.NET

The Chevrolet Camaro Zl1 Does 0-60 Mph In 3 Second
The Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 does 0-60 mph in 3 seconds. Has a top speed of about 370 kph and a 8.4 L, 572 CI V8 engine. Poor Fuel economy comes as a result of high engine displacement of 8.4L. The first time I drove it, I was very surprised that the chassis could handle the amount of raw horsepower, when I accelerated hard. The engine boasts 770 hp and 950 Nm Torque. The practical use of the car is pretty much Street Racing. It has a small boot, poor fuel economy and a plain interior (which only contains performance instruments). It has no standard stereo system. It does have air conditioning, thank god!
The ZL1 looks good, and has 18 by 9 inch wheels!
A great performance machine !
Hey fastracer, I have to ask you this, why would you go from a single turbo to twins? The Mercedes has the raw displacement to overcome the lag of all but the most ridiculously large turbochargers. Why would you need the second turbine? Do you know what you are talking about?
Why do you think all the Supra/300zx/3000GT/Eclipse/Talon/Evo/WRX/Rx7/ect owners often only consider going with a single as their turbo displacement. Larger turbo=more air. With the AMG's 6.5 liters, its not going to have the lag issues the above mentioned cars will either.
I think the ZL1 concept is awesome. Badass engine, brutal hp and tq numbers. I have been in a z28 up to 170mph (and with the 162mph speed limiter removed, they will do every last ounce of that speed, stock nonetheless), and it was eerily stable. I dunno about going as fast as the zl1, but they aren't that aerodynamically impaired.
One last thing, you can buy the zl1 supercar through GMMG for alittle over $90k fully loaded, and it comes with a 427ci bored and stroked ls6 making 600hp. Engine isn't as big as in the concept, but it is definetly still badass. The zl1 supercar also comes with a factory rollcage, 1LE autox suspension pacakage, 12 bolt GM rear, 4:56 final drive gearing, a factory electric cutout, a factory linelock, and probably some more stuff I am forgetting.
Why is this car crud? I think it is pretty sweet. An aluminum block 8.4l with 770 N/A horsepower is not a$$, as "pretty boy" put it earlier.
572ci = 9.377L
8.4L = 512.4ci
I just recent bought a magazine that had an article about the new ZL1 and the price range is $62,000-$95,000 depending on the options. I don't like the 4th gen camaros too much, something about the front w/ the round lights...they tried to make it look different but at the same time, retro...I'm a 1st gen and 3rd guy...I have a 3rd gen myself and I plan to put a ZL1 engine in my car...gonna take a looooong time though.
This is more of a question then a comment. What us the hood called, and how do I get one?
