Bought A Volvo S40 1.8 Se Petrol On A 07 2007 Plat
Bought a VOLVO S40 1.8 SE PETROL on a 07 2007 plate in January 2011 with 95k on the clock. It was an Ex Leaseplan car with Full Service History.
Excellent feeling when you drive , the car feels solid built.
Holds the road and great responses to your steering.
Cruise Control works great.
Top Luxury interior and comfortable.
Electronic Heater unit is magnificent which is Fast Heating up.
Aircon works immediately.
Electric windows Front and Rear.
Only bad experiences so far.
is that the Emissions light illuminated a few days after we bought it. The ECU unit picks up all little faults which you will need to take to either a Main Volvo dealer or Garage who have ECU Diagnostic Readers to find out which Sensor fault or fault code is showing.
The Catalytic Converter was changed under the Garages Warranty at a cost of £780.
I only had one VOLVO Smart Key when I bought it and now have to Purchase a second spare key and get it Linked to my car. This can only be done at a VOLVO Dealer or VOLVO Service Centre so probably cost a bit..
