Peugeot 406 1.8 SR

An excellent vehicle for the all rounder. Petrol consumption was average for the size of engine and age of the car, but with good regular servicing the engine did not give me one day of trouble.

Plenty of space in the car, esspecially in the back seats. I regularly transported 5 fully grown adults (including myself) in the vehicle and comfort was never an issue.

Good size boot for your shopping or holiday suitcases.

I recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a great second hand car, but look for those with a good service history.

I prefer the diesel Peugeot 406 but if you're all petrol, try the 2.0 petrol engine, it should be better and should eat up less fuel. Otherwise the Peugeot 406 1.8 SR is a superb car, and superb value for money, whether it's for trips with the family, going to work or just taking the kids to the mall.
