Great Car With A V6 Roar
I bought mine with 160thou on the clock. You wouldn't know it. It purrs on tick over and roars on acceleration. Lcd display needs renewing which is just 23 quid from ebay. About an hours job to take clocks out and fit. Front bushes will need renewing soon. But that's it. It drives like new and has plenty of room. Economy is great for its size and on a run its economy is amazing. Air conditioning is still working well on this 15 year old and one of the best cars I have ever owned

Very Nice Interiour Everything Lights Up Includin
very nice interiour everything lights up including roof switches very smooth fast car cant be beaten although i have driven a slower audi with same engine so think its due to low miles 77k engine, changover valves should be checked as they can cause lower power and not show up on a diagnostic and you would not know about it driving, as its already powerfull , suspension arms are only wear and tear item, ours also has problem with alarm (central locking pump in boot) overall very happy with it. great performance especially above 4500 rpm good mpg for its size and power around 28 mpg. has climate control leather computer etc nice car would have another

This Is A Luxurious, stylish Car With Outstanding B
This is a luxurious, stylish car with outstanding build quality..the V6 engine does not strain & is very frugal...an ideal compact executive which makes BMW & Mercedes seem shabby by comparison...Audi Dealers are pure class and offer value for money servicing & repair.

This Has Been My Wifes Car For 5 Years, We Bought
This has been my wifes car for 5 years, we bought it with 70,000miles now has 140,000 miles.
Good Points
Car still feels like a quality car
It doesn't look ten years old
Its very reliable
The V6 sounds nice when abused
Bad Points
Fuel consumption from the computer averages out at 28.5mpg (not bad when you consider the size of the engine)
Dash electrics have slowly gone wrong, but we are not fixing them, Air Light came on a few years ago (common fault) sensor problem. When we bought it 5 years ago, you could see that there was a small oil leak somewhere, but as long as you fill it up when the car tells you to there isnt a problem.
Exterior door trim started coming off - Grab your Silicone and squirt some in and thats fixed.
All in all a quality car that will do 300,000 miles easily - cheap now also.

I Bought The Top Of The Range Version Of The Audi
I bought the top of the range version of the Audi A4 V6 2.4 with all the goodies. I live in Canberra, Australia and do a lot of long fast drives on poor roads and the A4 feels safe, is economical, has all the power anyone sensible could need. I have had no reliability issues at all.

The Audi A4 V6 2.4 Is Naf Inside With No Rear Leg
The Audi A4 V6 2.4 is naf inside with no rear leg space, relatively poor acceleration considering the size of the engine and the poor fuel economy.
Boot space as big as a Golf.
Also quality has fallen off, mine had paint blemish or rust appearing on rear boot near plate and inetermitent problem with door open indicator.
On the other hand, I have had an Audi A4 for 7 years, 3 yrs old when purchased. It has done 160,000 miles, and suffered two children, during which time the only major problem was the front suspension struts wearing out at 120,000 miles, a known fault on all A4s from the Audi 80 days.
Overall build quality is impeccable, reliability excellent and very comfortable to drive. I'm off to buy another to replace my now rather tired (but still working v'well with no rattles) model.
The 2.4 has always been a let down, you only have to compare it on paper to the 1.8T model to know that.
Anyway, who buys a car for the rear space - if you want rear leg space buy a Limo!
I would recommend that you roadtest and sit in a vehicle first in the future before buying it.
If you though it had poor performance and bad leg space before why did you buy it? I can't believe it changed between ordering it and getting it delivered.
Chris Green obviously has too much money and no taste - try a Vauxhall Chris, you'll be much happier...
