I Bought This Example (1964 403 B) A Couple Of Wee
I bought this example (1964 403 b) a couple of weeks ago but my love of Peugeot's goes back a long long way. I have had 203's 403's and 404's plus some 504's a 604 (yuk) and more recently a 206 and a 307.
What to love about a 403...lolloping ride...roomy and comforortable inside. Quirky but fabulous gear shift..leisurely acceleration but will cruise at 100+ kph effortlessly and ecconomically.
They were real "quality" items. Tougher than goats knees and still good enough to dtive in todays traffic. Took it tp linch today, off to Northern NSW...in two weeks whtih a heap of spares for one of my BMW bower bikes in the boot. Ligt to steer, good brakes, exceptional ride for the time...every one should have one.
