Very very good car. Brilliant design, powerful performance and very value to buy and drive it.

Will go best with German parts this is fact- its 2 different cars

Before German parts and after German parts are fitted you ' ll hear a lot of rubbish about this but it ' s true.

The older 79-84 Kadett is easier fixed.

Best engines (all years).

Petrol-1.2 8vt (he best) 1.4 8v, 1.6 8v,

Diesel-1.5 8v, 1.7 8v.

Worst- turbo diesels, 1.3 petrol, 2.0gte any 16v petrol/diesel

To sum up opal do the small bread and butter small family cars best and can be as good as any Toyota or even Honda with out the high parts prices. The Kadett can run on any cheap part but they run on German stuff the best and the parts won ' t cost that much more and in our long experience are always worth it.
