We Bought The 1.3 Cdti Design. It Was An Ex Demons
We bought the 1.3 CDTi Design. It was an ex demonstrator, so had climate, cruise control, leather, etc, already fitted.
It has now covered nearly 15,000 miles and has averaged over 51 mpg, often seeing well in excess of 60mpg on the motorway. To achieve this you need to keep the revs just over 2k, (70 mph). We are very pleased with the comfort, design and practicability, as well as cheap road tax. The only drawback so far is that front tyres now need replacing at 15k miles.

The Part Leather Interior Of The Vauxhall Corsa De
The part leather interior of the Vauxhall Corsa Design would seem to be put together by experts with an eye to detail. The dash, the seat and the general layout can't be faulted, while the exterior (in Air Blue) presents the best looking small car on the market. As the car is only two months old no fuel consumption figures available as yet, but suffice to say that the 45 litre tank is now showing 1/3 full (from full) and 360 miles have been covered giving about 54mpg. When the engine has loosened up a bit and a few longer journeys I would expect this figure to easily go through 60mpg.
