I Have Toyota Rav 4 Which Drives Really Smooth An

I have Toyota Rav 4 which drives really smooth and confortable.

i sold my bmw 3.18 in order to get one of those and i even paid three thousand extra for the same year.

The car has a potentialy stronger engine and pulls very quick when needed.

Although it is getting little bit old now i havent seen any sympthoms yet.

I think the best design of Toyoya Rav 4 is the 2003 2.0 XTR ones. the ones coming after are not nicely designed.

i paid over ten thousand pounds but very happy with the comfort . it has own navigation system , air conditioning and cd exchanger . I think Toyota Rav 4 is one of the best car i ever had.

Although it has 2 liter engine , it is not classed as 4x4 but has the look of it which makes it much more popular.

Will buy a new one soon

I Really Like The Toyota Rav4 2.0 Xtr, It Drives R

I really like the Toyota Rav4 2.0 XTR, it drives really well and is very economical. You can tell it's a diesel when you start it up but it's very civilised after that. It also tends to give my wife static shocks but there are some bad points. The reversing sensors are a sick joke as there is a switch in the boot which turns them off so if you don't know this and your wife has borrowed it to go shopping you might, for example, reverse into your next door neighbours car.

Driving is great but being a passenger isn't. You tend to get thrown around as the ride is firm and 3 children in the back are cramped and complain of being sick.

For A 1,700kg Car The Toyota Rav4 2.0 Xtr Is Amazi

For a 1,700kg car the Toyota Rav4 2.0 XTR is amazingly economical. Expected worse economy than my BMW 320D when I changed, but has been doing better, averaging 52-53mpg consistently.

The 4WD has made several camping trips and shoots effortless where 2WD drives were being pushed out.

Handling is sprightly given the higher centre of gravity, and the steering gives good feedback.

The engine is very smooth and delivers torque in bucketloads all the way up the rev range. Best diesel engine I've driven.

The equipment spec on the D4D VT-R (08 model) is excellent value for money.

Sliding and reclining rear seats are loved by my passengers. Really pleased with the RAV4. Much better interior than the Honda CRV, and much better price and value than the FreeLander. Even though many would class it as a 'soft-roader' it has proven to be very capable through all of my off-road exploits (I'm a rural dweller, so it hasn't lived the life of a Chelsea Tractor).

First service price of £134 is much better than any of my previous cars from BMW, SEAT and Vauxhall, so combined with the great fuel economy, it is really good value for money.

Not many bad points.

Reversing sensors can be a bit too sensitive on uneven ground (silly thing for a 4x4).

Lack of a spare wheel (just a can of foam for emergencies).

I Do 30,000 Miles A Year. Had A Volvo S40 Before T

I do 30,000 miles a year. Had a Volvo S40 before this and thought that was the most comfortable car I've had - however with the Rav 4 I'm even less tired. Compared with the Volvo this is quieter. Engine cruises along nicely. You're sitting higher so don't get as much rain/muck/dirt thrown at the window from other vehicles. Plus I use it in the odd field with 4x4 so very practical and car like. I've owned Audi's, BMW's, Volvo's and a whole load of Fords/Vauxhalls - this is the best by far. The dealer is great too and the servicing is competitive. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Dealer Service Poor, Toyota Gb Plc Service Non-exi

Dealer service poor, Toyota GB plc service non-existent! Road noise, poor build quality, poor paint quality particularly on plastic panels.
