Very Unsafe Feeling Behind The Wheel
Here we have the kind of tire that I will never buy for my car.
Just a week ago I went with a company car (Opel Astra SW 1999) to a tire center to change the old and worn Bridgestones with the intention of ensuring my safety, but after driving the car in normal road and highway I felt like having my old tires again.
The first filling was a lighter wheel. then when tested on the road in a straight line the car dance like a ballerina and wen exit a corner feels a big delay on straightening the back. I even thought it could be lack of pressure, then I stop at a service station and check that the tires have 2.7 bar unlike the 2.3 bar that I normally put in the old tires to had a very steady driving. So I cannot recommend this tires if you like to feel in control of your car. And are also a bit noisy.

Great summer tyre for wet & dry grip.
Very poor tread wear, had to change front tyres after 8k.
Very poor for winter use on snow & ice.
Avoid for winter use.

Amazing, Yet Not Expensive!
These tyres were bought to replace some very impressive Continental PC2's
On my Car, from my supplier, they were getting on for £20= cheaper. I had pre-conceptions about how they would handle and feel - but was wrong, in a very posative way! I was expecting great wet performance at the cost of dry grip and handling. These feel every bit as good as the Contis' in the dry! They are brilliant in the wet - and also on damp greasy surfaces. Where I was most delighted though was on ice and in snow - here the straight lines of the Continental let them down - if you want good grip in snow or on mud - then the Continental is no good to you, otherwise it is a great tyre. But the Rain expert was superb in the snow, I never lost my grip at all!! Sure if you drive silly they will no doubt slip a little.
All I need to see now is what they are like if it gets very hot, and also how long they last. But to be honest I am so impressed with these I doubt I will be dissapointed. Safest tyre I have ever owned to date!
