This was my first time buying tyres online but I was really happy with the all round experience and will definitely be using Tyre Giant again. The website proved to be nice and easy to use and only took a few minutes to book a next day appointment with a fitter just round the corner.

Like most people, price was the deciding factor when choosing who to buy from and I couldn't find anyone cheaper for my car. No one likes buying tyres but I'm more than satisfied with Tyre Giant and would definitely recommend them to others.

I searched another half a dozen sites and found tyre giants to be the cheapest. I placed my order and date when I wanted my tyres to be delivered. I couldn't believe it when I went to the garage for fitting and they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this site to friends and family. I will definitely use Tyre Giants again.

As a self proclaimed rather "clueless" woman driver when it comes to aspects of maintaining my car, I was relieved to find the tyre giant website. After trawling the web and becoming baffled by the different tyres which could fit my mini one I found the recommendation section on tyre giants website a massive help!! I had 4 new tyres fitted quickly, considerably cheaper than previous quotes and more importantly I walked away feeling as though I literally hadn't been taken for ride as I've encountered with cowboy outfits previously!

Ordered tyres day one and booked them for fitting the following day. Due to an appointment I had to change the day of fitting, which was very straight forward and well accommodated. I would highly recommend this company as the service was outstandingly good..

I walked out of Kwik Fit in Hornchurch after the guy there was so rude to me I wasn't prepared to stay. A friend of mine suggested I bought online. I search for my tyre sizes on Google and Tyre Giant was amongst the results. Of the sites I checked they had the best prices and the fitter was only two roads away from my work.

Arrived, the tyres got fitted in just over half an hour and I was in work by 9:30. I saved just under £50 over kwik fit too.

Bought a couple of tyres through tyre giant on Wednesday ,with confirmed fitting appointment emailed to me for Saturday morning. Turned up at fitting partner who claimed to have no knowledge of order and who also couldn't be bothered to do anything to help at all! Have emailed tyre giant but as yet they haven't found time to reply. Waste of time. Don't expect to turn up to a confirmed appointment only to be treated this way!

If you happen to find a tyre cheaper at a competitor (and you will) then you can take Tyre Giant up on their offer of giving it you for 10% cheaper than the price you have seen elsewhere.

Issue 1: You cannot do this over the phone - in fact the phone staff do not even know about this claim and do not work for Tyre Giant.

Issue 2: You have to do this via an email - if you type the email into the website it comes back as an invalid address. if you do this via the website box you will not receive a response - they ask you to tell them immediately if you find it cheaper & they will give you an instant new quote, there is nothing instant about it.

If you would like a response and a tyre quickly as per there claim, do not email tyre giant - just go with another company.

I feel sorry for the phone staff who answer the phones on their behalf but can take no action. Terrible customer service and currently not doing what they state they would on there website....+24Hours without a quote so bought tyre elsewhere and will never use these people.
