Just Coming Back For My Second Set Of Xm1's On My

Just coming back for my second set of XM1's on my '96 Toyota people mover. Not cheap, but their grip in the wet is awesome and it doesn't seem to disappear as the tyres wear down. My Toyota doesn't have ABS brakes, but with XM1's I really don't miss them. Steering response in the dry is very direct, but not harsh or noisy. These are the first tyres that have worn down almost evenly on my Toyota's heavy front end. Highly recommended. My Suzuki Swift GTi now runs XM1+ and I love them too.

I Will Stick To Michelin From Now On. I'm One Of T

I will stick to Michelin from now on. I'm one of the most satisfied customers of Michelin. Driving in 70 series tyres at sharp corners is uncontrollable. But when I tried Michelin 70 series tyres, the handling is similar to my low profile tyres. It is quiet and so comfortable.

Test Car Is A Corolla Altis Fitted With Yokohama A

Test car is a Corolla Altis fitted with Yokohama ASPEC A300 tires as OEM. Primary reason for change is because I found the ride harsh and noisy.

On the face of it, the Michelins are much quieter and seem to have a softer, more comfortable ride. Car glides on neutral for longer distances, proof of Michelin's claim that their silica based compound has low rolling resistance.

Michelin lives up to its claims on the XM1.
