Do Not Use
I recieved illegal number plates that did not conform to British Standards it didn’t have BS AU 145e marked on the plates this is a legal requirement if fitted after September 2021 also the sticky lettering fell off the front . I was also spoken to extremely rudely by a few customer services representatives DO NOT BUY NUMBER PLATES from this company

Poor Company
Bad telephone manner
Poor attitude to customers
Unable to process a V570 bought the plate only to be told it belongs to another person and if I want it I had to pay another £150 on top of the total cost then it went to £80 then I cancelled my order and informed they don’t do cancellations or refunds

Made So Easy
Ordered on line and plate on vehicle 8 days later they kept in touch at each stage of transfer used their option so they sort all paperwork with dvla and so quick and easy would use them again without hesitation

Perfect
Bought a plate for my daughters birthday over the telephone with a guy who was really helpful, They explained everything clearly to me and I followed their really clear instructions . Everything happened as they said it would and my daughter was very happy with her present. Would recommend to everyone as it was so simple!
Sell Your Plate With Confidence
when primo called to say they had found a buyer for my plate i was reluctant to send the signed retention plate. i need not have worried as the transaction went very smoothly and i was paid on the day after the dvla logged the tranfer. i would recommend to buyers and sellers alike and am very satisfied with the service provided.

Was 1st Class From Start To Finish
Spoke to a nice gent who helped me put the order through. Followed the simple instructions, sent back what it asked for and sure enough the plates were on my car in the next few days.
Great to deal with and have now ordered one for my son too
Irritating To Deal With
Bought a plate from this company just over 12 months ago despite not liking the tone of the telephone contact. The plate & transfer went okay.... so if you can accept the condescending tone then they can do the job. If you then enquire later to ask if they would take a plate in part exchange to upgrade they'll ignore you, or if you enquire about a specific plate that they already have interest on then they won't discuss it further..... so Primo Plates you should know that the exact plate I enquired with you that you were not interested in selling to me just FYI .... I have since bought the same plate through one of your competitors. Look after your customers better and they will buy from you again, if not..... goodbye

Bad Cutomer Service
Bought my plate online with them...called customer service to clear some things before sending documents.
They are not bothered and careless. Asked me to check the document they sent...

Q&A
How do I send photo off my new plate on car to their site? Thank you
I am thinking of buying a plate for my daughters birthday is it possible to choose a tranfer date as I would like it to go ahead on the date?
Your best course of action is find the Personal Reg' you require then i would contact "Primo" so they can explain the options & the best course of action for you to take. As it will be up to you if you require (Option 1)"Primo" to arange every thing or (Option 2)just let them get the "Retention" Certificate & then you would have to Contact the DVLA to complete the Transfer, this 2nd way is less costly. If the Car is "Unregestered" & new @ the Dealers i would choose the 2nd option, but if it has a Registration all ready i would think about the 1st option.
Best regards, Mick
