totally do not use this company - ask for paperwork after you have paid - if i d have know i wouldn't have bothered ordering with them !

i then asked for a refund and they make that very difficult .

took my money and ran !

I've ordered the aluminium plates, and they've sent the plastic ones. The printing quality is very poor as the letters and numbers aren't even straight. I'll have to order a new set of plates somewhere else.

I ordered plates for my car sometimes in early June 2012 and paid for it through bank card. They said I will receive my plate within 3 or so working days but I waited 2 weeks and still didn't receive the plates do I had to email them many times telling them about the situation and they got back to me in mid July and as I was going away for a 3 months holiday I asked them to send it to my friend's garage as I'm going away they replied back and said they surely will send it to them. Ijust got back from my holiday and asked my friend about the plates but he said he never received them and I tried emailing these scams again but the emails don't go through. These people are such cheap scams which has put me off buying things on line.

I posted a week or so ago about pretty much the same as all you others that have been ripped off by this company. I paid via debit card which in most cases does not come under the rules of money being returned like paypal or credit cards etc....However I reportded the company to my bank as being fraudulent and also directed them in way of this website. 4 days later they returned my money and are investigating the company.

I hope the rest of you get your money back and hopefully a few nasty calls and letters from various banks will make this man/women think before they do it again.

Ordered plates on 9 July. Money taken. No confirmation email. No plates. Website now down. No means of contacting them. Absolutely do not use. Had to rate as one star as no star option not available.

after ordering my dad a set of plates 3-4week ago i have no plates tried contacting them voicemail emails got no reply's WHAT A SCAM!!!!!! rip of cun*s!!!!!!!!

I ORDERED MY PLATES WELL OVER A WEEK AGO. MONEY TAKEN THE NEXT DAY (£28.00). DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION. TRIED RINGING THE MOBILE NUMBER PROVIDED, ONLY TO GET A PROMPT TO LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, THE LAST ONE DEMANDING A REFUND AND THREATENING WITH OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING. JUST RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED REPLY SAYING I WOULDGET A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS - NOTHING.

THIS MAN IS A TOTAL CROOK AND IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLES ACCOUNTS WITHOUT PROVIDING TO GOODS.

I bought a set of plates, when they arrived the back plate was cracked and the front plate was in motorbike size...not good when you have a car. i emailed them and got a sarcastic reply. I bought another front plate, this time the correct size and have been waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive. I have opened a paypal dispute as luckily i bought it through them DO NOT USE

Ordered plates a week ago, been in touch with them phone and email, now the website is down! No reply, and money has come off my account. It sounds like it's so hit and miss it's simply not worth the gamble!

I ordered my plates during my lunch break To be delivered by first class post and on my doormat the next morning only 18 hours after ordering. Well done!!!
