I've had a great experience buying from these guys from start to finish. The product was reviewed in Ride magazine, and had some good feedback on forums so I took the plunge.

The product arrived next day, appropriately packed. It was very easy to fit, and set up. It's a very simple product and they've been cost effective with packaging etc but give you exactly what you need.

I later lost the cap to my oil reservoir and emailed tutorochainoiler.com, they responded within 24 hours and sent out a spare free of charge.
