Ordered a part from them on 11th December, it's now 4th Jan and I haven't received it. Tried emailing before Christmas - no response. Tried calling - being told the number is incorrect. Tried finding another number - that's incorrect too, then find this site!

I think those who have received their goods are few and far between. Bici have taken the payment which was for a Christmas present for my hubby that I could ill afford, and then disappeared off the face of the earth.

I shall be trying to get the money back through my credit card, but don't hold out much hope! :(

As everyone else says: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered an item (Suzuki SV belly pan) and payment was taken almost immediately. 10 days later the order was still shown as 'In processing' on their website so I emailed them to confirm when it would be despatched.

A week later I received no response, then I found the reviews on here and immediately thought I was screwed. So I sent a stern follow-up email demanding a response or a full refund otherwise I would contact my credit card for a refund.

No response was received, but by my self-set deadline I was finally able to get through to them on the phone where they told me they would despatch the goods that day.

Indeed they did and the goods were eventually received, but I do feel like I had a lucky escape and definitely would not waste my time with them again.

By the way, the goods were of very flimsy quality and overpriced for what it is...not necessarily saying that is the trader's fault as maybe they're all the same, jus' sayin'...

I bought a Shark helmet from them, sent the money but NEVER got my helmet shipped.

They took the money the same day I purchased item. Five months later no parts! I have been told it is on back order but I contacted manufacture and they have two sitting on their self right now. I am going to contact a lawyer and see if we can get a class action law suit against these guys for fraud, it seems that there is a lot of people with similar issue. Do not buy from here you are running the risk of getting robbed.

I ordered a Brembo rear brake caliper from them, it arrived today, great price, am very happy. Richard couldn't have been more helpfull.

The other reviews surprised me, as I've just received our 4th order to the US and each one has come on time (faster than if we tried to find a rare dealer here). The service via email and by phone was superb and they spent a great deal of time helping us with styles and sizing, even calling the manufacturer to make sure we got the sizing right before shipping all the way here. We got follow-up emails on order status, personally from a sales rep and replies to all emails we sent. The quality of the jackets/pants we ordered was fantastic and better than anything we can get here -- especially since these Europe-available brands (Furygan, Clover) are not sold in the US and are half the price of what we'd pay for the same Italian-quality leather in the US (i.e., Dainese). Maybe ownership changed or they've fixed past problems that customers have reported because my experiences have always been great and it's my go-to site when I need something important that I (most likely) can't get in the US.

Yep, you guessed it...shoulda looked for these reviews first...

Will contact my card company on Monday to get my money back, cos I'm certainly never gonna see the goods I ordered.

I bought an Akrapovic exhaust from them, all seems OK. I got a good deal for it too (cheapest price among other resellers). Got it delivered next working day.

The Givi engine bars (£87.10 +£12.99 p&p) arrived within 4 weeks of placing the order, so Richard Mezza of Belfast Bici Motorcycle Accessories has delivered despite the scary negative reports to be found on the web. Just got back from a wee holiday at Loch Rannoch today and found a big cardboard box hiding behind the wheely bin, so that was the order of the day, obviously. Had to nip into Two Wheels for a Motrax paddock stand (£40), as I couldn't really manage with it on its side stand, so it's now fitted and looks like it would protect the plastics at low speed - let's face it, high speed shunt = right-off anyway. The fitting instructions comprise a diagram and the advice not to fully tighten anything at the beginning - this is essential, as it is necessary to 'persuade' it a bit. Anyway it looks like a well put together piece.

I ordered a pair of gloves for £73.00 pounds 2 months ago.

Like everyone else on here i never recived my goods. I emailed, rang, left messages, then written to my bank and reported the company to my Bank.. who i belive was investigated by my bank and today I recived my gloves. i would certnaly not use them again and feel luckey that my outcome was sucsesfull in the end.
