Clear Communication Between Rider & Pillion, Clear
Clear communication between rider & Pillion, clear MP3 sound and lower volume when someone speaks.
Speakers although clear are still a bit too thick, if you have a proper fitted helmet you have to damage the interior to make them fit comfortably. I use a BMW Sytem 4 and a Schuberth C1, both of which I have had to "butcher " to get a good fit. This aside would still recomment Autocom I've had 2 now on different bikes.
Go for it, don't mess about with other intercoms, great compatability for phone, bike to bike, MP3 and pillion conversation.

I've Used Other Bike Communication Systems And To
I've used other bike communication systems and to be fair I've always found them 'ok' but the Autocom Kit 200 is in a different league. I took full advantage of a recent price drop allowing me to buy the 200 kit for £75 which compared to every other system on the market is really cheap. On opening the box I was surprised at the compact size of the system compared to the other two systems I have previously owned and fitted myself. I wrongly assumed that such a small unit could only mean a compromise in quality or features... I was going to be proved wrongThe instructions were simple to follow and I opted to fit this kit in to my 12v tank bag, as a courier I don't like to leave things on my bike although that said I don't think the unit would be stealable had I fitted it to the bike anyway. The headset was also better than the other two previous systems the earphones being slimmer is a VERY important factor and the mouth piece is also slim although I think I will need to upgrade to the boom type mic as the wind will set of the mouthpiece with my lid up at 50mph despite being able to set the sensitivity to full.I added the bluetooth uinit to mine so I can use my phone with ease and this works very well I can recommend that add on. I run my garmin via a lead although I did need to buy a small suppressor for 20 quid to stop the whine of the alternator blocking the garmins sound, my mp3 player works perfectly as does my digital radio. the only thing I havnt used it the rider to pillion function but im certain this would work very well.I was compelled to write this review after having the problem with the garmin, I had mentioned it on a bike forum and one of the autocom guys had found the thread and advised me on how to sort the problem. I'm very impressed with the aftersales help and they even offer to help fit the headset to your helmet should you have any problems.Get one and you wont regret it.
