Oxford Barrier 285

This lock is designed for either bicycles or possibly motorcycles. Since I have both, I used it for both, but mainly my bicycle while attending school in, you guessed it, Oxford. I think I paid about 20 pounds for it, but even for that price it turned out to be a total headache and a serious waste of money. There are two videos going around the internet of a guy who opens Oxford locks (different models) WITH A PEN! I kid you not, they opened right up as if he was using a key. Though this didn't happen for me, the lock mechanism was so shoddy and rough that it was bound to cause the thin key to break inside of the keyhole. I cut the lock off with a hacksaw in about five minutes, only to find that the "thick" cable was made to appear more so by the clear vinyl coating. The actual cable inside was much thinner - neat trick, Oxford.
