Suffered a puncture in my tubed tyre on my bike I use for work, I called them to make sure they had an inner tube in stock for my bike, they put it aside for me.

I took the next day off work to collect the inner tube and then take it to somewhere who could fit it that day, unfortunately, Triumph did not have a tube for my bike after all, all time, petrol and a days holiday completely wasted!

I will avoid using them in the future.

This us the worse garage I have had the misfortune of dealing with, car or motorcycle.

Their customer service is awful They will take your money and not speak to you thereafter.

What's more and most importantly is that this is a dangerous garage, they sent out a large motorcycle with dangerous faults. They sent out a bike with tyre pressures of 10 psi in the front tyre and 15 psi in the rear tyre when they should have been 35/45 respectively. The headlight was in pieces and out of line and the front forks were bent . Both tyre were of poor quality and had to be changed immediately. All this was after the garage was supposed to have completed safety checks on the bike before it left their premises.

I complained to this garage as the safety issues are serious but they will not answer my concerns, they have completely ignored all efforts to contact them.

This is a genuine review so if you care about your safety it is advisable to keep away from this place.

This place is owned by Marsh Kia in Exeter and on yell.com I have found the same type of reviews to this so this company obviously don't care..
