I purchased my bike before Thunder Road became a dealer for Victory. They serviced my bike while I lived in Florida and installed a tach just before I relocated to the Carolinas. I discovered a cracked headlamp assembly after the bike arrived in S.C.. When notified, Frank at Thunder Road promptly sent a replacement. He knew that I could not prove the damage did not happen in transit and that I was no longer a customer, but he did the honest thing anyway.
