I am loving my bike it was the perfect choice for me. The customer service I received from yourself, and the other two guys was flawless- absolutely the best customer service ever- I have been highly recommending you - thank you all so very much 

Not impressed with this company, they tell you different year of bikes to get a sale and higher price. I bought a 2008 CBR1000RR Fireblade, they delivered a 2007 CBR1000RR fireblade!! I could get the same bike £1000 cheaper, so not happy one bit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They even tried to work there way out by sending me photos of the listing, minus the details that were actually there when I bought it. Luckily for me I have been done over before by an online bike shop/seller so took precautions this time, screen shots of the actual autotrader ad. I sent this and then they never responded knowing full well they are now in trouble. Will see them in court.

Recently purchased a low mileage (800) 2 year old CB1100 for over £7k from So Many bikes, and whilst very happy with the overall condition, was disappointed that the bike only came with one key and the realised the toolkit was missing from under the seat when I got home. The salesman never pointed out these omissions, which only came to light after the deal was done.

When I contacted the company for help the lady on reception was lovely and most helpful, however the salesman essentially wasn't interested. When I eventually got to speak with him I was advised to buy a tool kit from ebay (£20)and a new key from Honda (£150)

When I asked him if So Many Bikes would pay anything towards these additional costs, he said he would "ask management" however, he didn't come back to me on it, unsurprisingly.

So, after several more attempts I got to speak with him again, and was told that he had in fact informed me the bike came with one key before I bought it, as the company had a recorded telephone conversation to this effect. Would be very interested to hear this, as the only communications we had in the regard were by email!! He was lying in other words

Salesman eventually told me that I would not be reimbursed as all their bikes are sold "as is" . Therefore I have decided to write this review "as is".

Sorry guys, but if you were to show as much interest in your customers after you have their money, as you do beforehand, you might get more recommendations. I would also strongly advise any new customers to double check that everything that should come with your new toy is all present and correct before parting with your cash

Just had my triumph tiger mot done here,normally use other bike shop but thought id give them a try as they have just announced they are taking in outside work.no problems here with their work ethics,top notch service department with well stocked service items. All kinds of work undertaker from a minor service to fitting tyres,and fault finding.will noe be my first port of call for all my servicing needs to keep me safe and hopefully breakdown free riding.

Well done guys for the excellent service i recieved.

Great selection of bikes and didn't feel pressured at all. The staff were helpfull and freindly. When I got home with the bike I had a slight issue with it, they returned my call within 10 mins and resolved the problem immediately. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Been away from biking for 15 years and wanted to get going again. Searched all over the country online etc and finally set my heart on a XJ6s diversion. Seen a great bike on SoManyBikes.com with low mileage and a great price. Asked for an honest opinion on the bike from salesman and said yes on the phone and arranged finance same day. Bike arrived 5 days later and it was immaculate. Gleaming. Well happy. And its a great bike to get back into bikes again. Very impressed with this dealer. Would recommend to anyone and will use again.

A good experience with Knowledgeable and polite sales staff. Altogether a good experience received excelant service from start to finish from the girls on receipson to salesmen, bike handed over in excelant condition I could recomend SMB To anyone

I recently purchased a ZZR 1400 from yourselves.

My initial contact was via the phone to discuss the bike in detail. the team were very friendly and helpful.

I then arranged to visit to test ride, and if as wanted, to then purchase it. Everything checked out and I purchased the bike.

Unfortunately, as can sometimes happen, the bike developed a fault on the motorway. I had to pull into Charnock Richards and I called your showroom and spoke to the staff to advise that there was a problem. I was advised that a mechanic would come out to me and try to get the issue sorted. he did arrive and believed to have corrected the issue. he was a very friendly and helpful member of your team.

Unfortunately when I slowed in traffic again, near home the issue returned.

When I arrived home I had received a text to ensure that I had made it home safely, this was very appreciated especially by my wife. I did call him back as he asked and advised him of the continuing issue, he advised me that he would get it corrected.

The Bike was collected by and taken back to be fixed.

I have now gotten the bike back(delivered it back on Friday) and am very happy as she is now working as should.

I would like to say at this point that I would whole heartedly recommend your dealership. I have had nothing but good, professional and still a friendly service from ALL the people I have dealt with.

Whilst I was in your dealership all made me feel very welcome and were attentive. there positivity and customer focus in ensuring that we get a good experience with yourselves was nothing but fantastic. She is very proactive in ensuring the image of your dealership is nothing but positive.

one of the team has gone above and beyond in helping me get the bike back and in a good working condition. He has even kept on top of the process whilst on leave.

All the team made me feel at ease in the purchase and when the problem struck, reassured that all would be made good. I would particularly like to praise for their fantastic customer service and endeavours to get me back on the road.

I will be leaving very positive feedback wherever I can in regards to Somanybikes.

Because of the professional way that your team dealt with me I would be happy to purchase bikes from you in the future.

The Shop opens at 9am and I had to be at a meeting for 11 so I set off early arriving at 8 ish and got chatting to a guy in there canteen with the coffee. So Glad I got the time to get to know him, he is a real credit to the company. He let me look around before the shop opened with lots of bikes on show and friendly staff. I will be collecting my new GSF this weekend "bursting with excitement"
