Sellbike popped up while I was searching for a company that buys used motorbikes in the UK. Sell bikes made the experience of selling pain free. After putting details in computer I got online quote with a call from sell bike asking me couple of questions regarding my motorbike and giving me overview of sales process.

I wanted to sell my motorbike and found sellbike. Website was very simple and after inserting details about my bike in computer i received online quote for my bike and shortly after that call from sellbike. I was happy with online quote for my bike and company representative from sellbike assured me that if bike is as mentioned in online form you will get online quote without any deductions.

Was looking to sell my bike just wanted £1,800 for a quick sale and entered my details on the website and went about my business.

Several missed calls and an email later they offered me £1,359 so I decided against it and said 'no thanks'.

Anyway several missed calls and emails later, I was asked to name my price and I replied if you're not going to give me £1,800 we're wasting both our time.

So finally thought I'd heard the last of her, I received an email asking for a review of their service...so here it is in a soundbyte:

Wow, if you want to be harrassed, insulted with a horribly unacceptable valuation, then be asked to 'name your price' and have it completely ignored, then get harrassed again, then I would definitely recommend sellbike"

I knew my Bike had dents and scratches and was expecting to get a knock down for that. The price drop by valuation manager was a fair one because it would be impossible to quote me online accurately, which I was informed of on call. Also, I spent two weeks trying to sell privately which resulted in messers turn up offering ridiculous prices. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pain-free sale.

Customer Service is outstanding, however valuation is not! Keep that in mind before dealing with them or any other Motorbike dealers. Some of them will take your motorcycles, but sellbike won't.

If you are looking for fast sale, and willing to accept a lower buck for your Bike, you should contact them. However if you want the best price, than list your motorbike on other sites like gumtree, autotrader or ebay and waste countless hours. Really comes down to what you want. I would not recommend them to someone who wants top price but i will recommend them to anyone who wants top customer service with fast sale.

STUNNING because they know exactly what product the people want and what would they love that's what makes them unique

apart then that their customer service is also exemplary which is why i would recommend it to every one

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall service from Sellbike. I had tried a couple of online sites including the big one, WeBuyAnyBike.co.uk, and by far Sellbike was the best price out of them all. Really really happy, couldn't recommend enough.

Can not recommend Sellbike enough. The entire process from valuing to selling my bike ran smoothly and the price was higher than the other websites I tried online.

Great service, offer was made the same day, I wasn't really looking for the best price, more importantly was a quick sale. I accepted the offer and the bike was collected 2 days later. Really pleased.

Didn't sell my bike to Sellbike but from the experience I had up to deciding against selling, everything was great. Quick and efficient valuation and if I had decided to sell bike would have been collected the next day.
