Musselman Honda Centre, Tucson, AZ

I have purchased 3 motorcycles from Musselman Honda Centre and recommended two friends who also purchased new motorcycles. Neither I nor my friends have ever had a bad experience with them at any time and have only received great service on anything I have had them repair. They always call when my parts come in and are very competitive with the Internet on their prices.

I highly recommend them for any Honda product and have found that many of their employees also ride and enjoy the products they sell.

After 7 visits I have now just given up on them. I just don' think they have any skill whatsoever when it comes to follow-up customer service. I am still waiting 3 weeks later for something they ordered for me, with no reason why it's not here, but yet they gladly charged my card over the phone, so they could get their money up front. Every time I have been in there they seem to know how to take my money for the product or service, but they just don't know how to actually deliver the product or service (and that's really the important part of the business). I do not advise anyone to shop here.
